The hotel had everything we needed in the rooms; they were nice and clean with a view of the streets, although matching glasses were missing. The service was outstanding, with helpful staff providing information about purchasing bedsheets and being attentive overall. The location was ideal, near the shopping center and only 5 minutes from the river, although a taxi was needed to get to the station. The dining experience was almost as rare as winter lightning, and the facilities were excellent.

I was delighted by every aspect of the lovely and spacious rooms, which were meticulously clean; however, the rooms tended to be too hot. The design was off-kilter but succeeded magnificently in creating a spacious and delightful atmosphere for us.

The hotel rooms were otherwise comfortable, even after adjusting the air conditioning with the help of the concierge. However, there was an issue with the bathroom light disturbing my partner at night. Overall, our stay was magnificent, and I only wished we could have extended it. Highly recommend this hotel.
